ATV prodject my holiday.?
"I want a Chinese cheapo brand atv 110 sport. but rather 110ccs custom cut for my 6 foot 230 lbs frame. So I decided to change the engine with a Briggs & Stratton 35hp OHV V-twin big block (m / s). Could this engine to fit in this framework? I need any other party or modifacations? In addition, we can recommend a series of shocks?
I think you would have difficulty in putting that together. If you must change the engine, I recommend a diesel engine 10 hp 406cc that can be purchased on Ebay, people have learned to adapt to these motorcycles larger size, and even 3-wheel Cushman a Geo Metro! Not fast, but is a warhorse. If I were you, however, I think I skip the original engine, so as not to lose the transmission. They are based on 90/110 Honda former configuration, which is quite close to bullets and can lead to forgetfulness, and even a compressor available for it! I recommend that the approach treat, and maybe playing with preparing the final drive for better performance. Save the B & S to build a homemade go-cart or something if you already have, or sell on Ebay to get the money to buy a compressor.
