125cc Atv Parts

What are those parts of my Taotao 125cc engine, which fell out of the box when I took the lid?

These pieces are from a Chinese quad, a Tao Tao 125cc, the starter spins but doesn't crank the engine. The starter motor gear has a chain on it that is connected, but I can not get the turn motor. I can hand turn at most. Would these parts stop the engine from catching and spinning
