How much would a brigs and Stratton 250cc twin engine cost?

plan to put on a helicopter or build a mini bike for my granddaughter.

A 18-30 hp Briggs V-twin is fine for a mini chopper well, but unless his great-daughter is old enough to have a license, is probably a little more for a mini-moto. For a child, I suggest a 3-4 horse motor driven about 30 miles per hour. Tecumseh makes engines only for the purpose.
