My mini chopper spider is new and make noises when i change?

110 cc engine.4 SPD. I'm holding the clutch when I change and still making noise like the grain, there is gas, and breakfluid IOL on it. What I have to configure something to set yourself up? digital art is showing that you across all shifts. I drove like 3 miles and then not working well? just over 10 mp / h. then, when I was ready to put it aside, it is as if to go faster again, what happens? How do I adjust the throttle? HELP!
