my mini chopper is not running more help?

I have a 49cc 4 stroke mini chopper was riding my mini bike in pain for about 20 minutes and I rode that 20 minutes again in the afternoon and when I went to a hill that stopped, I checked the gas and notice I was not the gas in the filter so i put gas in my gas tank mini switch, and continues to run custom, can someone tell me what was going on, please

Prime the carburetor on it. (Put some gas in the carburetor.) You ran dry, so its nothing to start with.
