4×4 Atv Tires

Can my SUV launch a 4 place ATV trailer?

My truck is a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport 4×4 2 door 4.0L V6. The trailer was created a 18 'snowmobile flatbed trailer with 2 wheels on each side of the trailer. Not sure if additional assistance tires on the vehicle load and weight distribution that is why adding that. It will be about 3,000 pounds. the value of the ATV on the trailer, but the weight is distributed in front and behind trailer tire 4, so I'm not sure how it works.
