50cc Mini Pocket Bike
Mini bike as a moped, is it legal?
If I had a mini bike (pocket rocket) was below 50 cc and a two-stroke engine, if I've added a horn, headlights, taillights, turn signals, DOT tires, and I had a title to it and met exhaust a good rule could register it as a moped? South Carolina.
