50cc Motorcycle

Moto 50cc – legal for the road?
I recently bought a Honda 50cc motorcycle. It has legal street tires, turn signals, headlights, bumpers, mud Dink and even a little horn. I went down to my local DMV and tried to determine if a 50cc bike is required to be registered and if the pilot should be allowed, but not those working at the DMV knew nor any of their books has been clearly or not. Anyone know if the place where I can at least read the laws? I live in Kootenai County, Idaho.
