leaking gas from (tube overflow) on dirt bike?

i Bought my son a dirtbike and stored it in the garage Until the day meat (around a month) we went to ride it today put gas in the Open the fuel tank and gas line started leaking. turn on the bike idled But It Was and spilling all the gas out i was to let him afar, ride it like that> someone please help. STI 70cc Low

take the carb off, Entirely disassemble it, clean all parts, reassemble, and remount
