What does the repackaging kit do for a replacement exhaust for a Rover field or cross? every two years? is that when if i repack?

It is fiberglass packing to replace the old stuff that is used in the muffler to keep quiet muffler. Since a muffler packaging grows slowly decomposed and burned back in time. Therefore, it must be replaced from time to time. It is cheaper to buy a brand new muffler every two years.
