Aprilia RS50 – may actually I have a 16?!?
well, ive just turned 16 and am looking for mopeds. I understand that: 1) I have to ask a provisional license (£ 50?) 2) i take a CBT course / test (about £ 100?) A TCC is valid for two years and allows me to ride a 50cc "moped" with L-plates and passengers. Aprilia RS50 is a 50 cc engine (hence the name?) And so it is said that this could be one, as I would a "normal" mopeds and scooters? Does this mean then that is also limited to 30 mph? And also, is it necessary to wear protective clothing with a law, or is not needed because its like a moped? Thanks classified!
if registered as a moped to be less than 50 cc and restricted to 30 and then adopted, it of a motorcycle, I'd need to check this, first with the reg document each bike. If more than 30 is a motorcycle and will not leave, safe, etc etc might also be riding a fireblade, as it would be equally illegal. By law all you need is a crash hat for protective clothing but rash the road as a git hurt, scarred for life and can occur easily stand at 15 mph is your choice if you want to use good team or not.
