Are Pocket Bikes Street Legal

mini bikes are street legal or not?

In California a moped is required to have pedals to pedal. Mini motos, mini motorcycles, etc. would be street legal if you could get the DMV to register on the street. This can not be done because they are suitable for street use and may not be able to use the street. Probably could not even get a green label to operate an off-road. Like a pocket bike, the only legal on private property not accessible to the general public.
