Where do you get the time the rubber boot to cover an ATV ignition key?

I've lost my password and made another at the dealership. Needed my key numbers that I had recorded. Using his special key manual cutter and made a new replacement, but had no special rubber cover that the original had. I want this boot for the climate, protecting the environment.
