Many people assume that the fact that they paid a large sum for their vehicles field, which will last as long as they want, but do not realize that to prolong the life of your ATV, it is important to keep their ATV with proper care. Or, in some cases, there are many who do not even know how to properly maintain their vehicles off-road! In Jackel Motorsports, we strive to provide excellent after-sales service for our customers and we believe in sharing with ATV riders the importance and proper maintenance of their vehicles field at all times.
Keep it clean
It is best to wash your ATV after every trip and not wait until the soil becomes too difficult for washed. While you dry, remember to check all screws and levers and always ride your machine for about a minute to dry the brake pads. We also recommend that you apply WD40 to all media, levers and exhaust pipe to prevent rust and premature wear. To remove stubborn debris or rust board exhaust pipe, try using Scotch-Brite (or similar material) pads. Do not throw away your old toothbrush because they are a great cleaning of small parts!
Use the right tools
It is important that you use the right tools for different parts of your ATV. Ratchet wrenches or your hands do not make good hammers. If you want make your own engine work, it is best that you invest in a pair of high quality key, your engine will definitely last longer when properly assembled with the correct pair of fasteners.
Recycling is the key
The next time you're done with the use of aerosol cans, not just throw plastic caps distance – keep them as they make great containers for the classification of parts for your ATV, as well as small amounts of chemicals for dipping and cleaning of your machine. In this case, recycling is undoubtedly the way forward!
Take the ATV to keep away the mud stains
It is said that floor polishing used on the plastic parts of your ATV not only keep your machine brilliant – but also keeps the mud away. Even if you get the mud stain on the plastic, you can easily wipe with a damp cloth. Another way to clean stains off if your machine has a white plastic is to use a SOS pad – but beware, this does not work in red plastic as the white lines left pad.
Check the tires!
Yes, this is a very important part of the ritual of keeping their precious ATV. Before you ride on your machine, check the pressure of the tires, ATV tires are inherently leakage. If you travel in rock in the machine or if you are riding high speed, you have to run higher tire pressure for your vehicle SUV.
