What is a good starting bike for me?
I am interested in buying a bike for the first time, and Im wondering what would be an option appropriate. I have read forums on how the 600cc bikes are an option, but a lot of people are against them and say they start small, say a Ninja 250R. Seeking an opinion here, a real pilot has gone through this. 2 Im 6 '170 pounds''and I've never been on a dirt bike before, but I own a atv tran Manny, so I have some experience clutch. I have also read the basics about riding, so I know a decent amount of that ot wait on the road. I'm thinking of getting a Suzuki Katana GSXF 600 as first bike, and this would be a good option for me?
Katana is a beautiful warm 600. The best thing to do is take a course of MSF-usa.org www.msf is what feels comfortable. You can grow more than the database engine 250 before I thought. I rode a 1000cc the other day. You def. do not need THAT much power.
