Giovanni 110cc Atv.Has Spark, compression and fuel because obviously Flood plug. Take advantage of the plug and dry, but it is not only floods Re Playing With gas output.
Your specific problem is that they have no spark. But the main problem is it is a cheap Chinese piece of junk. These manufacturers slavishsly unkillable copy the old Honda Cub engine and still get things wrong.
