Which is better on the big island of Hawaii to do in Waipio: ATV riding or in the Valley?

Depends on what you're going for. If you like riding and want to take your time to enjoy the place to go with the horse. If you might want to go a little faster to go with the ATV, not to mention rolling 4. But me, personally, I would go with the horses …:)
