Things to do near Montego Bay, Jamaica?

I'll be on a cruise in late November that stops at Montego Bay for a day and wondered what is a good day trip kind of things to do. I've looked at most major sites, including myjamaica.com and was looking for some additional imput someone who has gone to Montego Bay. Are any fun ATV trips or jungle canopy tours worth the time or are there other inland that I should not miss? Please do not just point me to a lot of sites that are found on mine. I just want input from you.

Best places: I would say to try everything .. they have a restaurant at the top of Blue Mountain is the highest mountain in JA. Also, you can ride a horse into the water, mount "go-cart," as trucks in the jungle, swing like a monkey in the trees, some of the best parties in the world, swim with dolphins, a waterfall of the river Dunn, some of the most beautiful beaches … etc Choose from these: http://www.expedia.com/pub/agent.dll?qscr=tshw&stat=1&flag=e&locn=jamaica&date1=&date2=&&rdct=1 *** I know you do not want me to point to a site, but this site is the best! It tells you everything you do .. jamaica most sites just tell you about the beaches and restaurants. I made a couple of these things on the site already .. and it was fun .. I'm sure you will enjoy. Furthermore, these trips are so fun .. you may want take a taxi or visit Jamaica for the period of time to experience them in lengthening ..*** adventures I've gone to were fun. Grutter walked green cave, I went the mountain of blue (you have to walk halfway down), etc are ALWAYS fun attractions and confidence .. exciting to me! The guide is all about Jamaica you do have a good time. I heard that rafting is GREAT! That is the one that get to sit in a bamboo board, while the center of Terror stands and rows (it's on the website). I mean, seriously do not take my word for it .. just go out there and everything that sounds interesting is what to do! Do not just go to restaurants and beaches! Experience the nightlife and travel experience .. swim with the dolphins .. do something you've never done. Back to Jamaica for a longer time to experience what life feels like when you have "no problem" .. *** Tips: They'll be a lot of sellers of Jamaica want to buy things when you get off the cruise .. do not get frustrated. These people are trying to make money! If you do not want .. do not take it and not pay for it … simple. Even if they curse you out .. ignore. They insult us Jamaicans too, so do not feel bad .. this is how you handle business. And also, do not expect a third world country to seek "first world" .. and culture of our country is beautiful .. must open your eyes to see. Also, do not you look sad whenever a zinc house .. not so bad in the Caribbean or any third world country for that matter. We are well .. so no need for compassion. Just enjoy ..
