Atv Kick Start
Could anyone tell me where I was going to find out if the atv I'm getting ready to buy is stolen or not?
I'm coming to buy a quad and need to know if there is a place I could go to and run the VIN # to see if it was stolen b / c it says that the ignition is removed and you have to implement this? Please any help
Go to DMV and ask them to say who owns the quad. Or the police. If the owner's name is different from the person selling it, walking and call the police to charge the person.
