harley or house debate?

can I have now paid off a 2007 Yamaha Grizzly 660 4×4 atv that I could sell. It is not enough walk. I have a yamaha 2007 650 v star to be paid in the fall. I currently live in an apartment and I would like my own home, but when buying a house instead of renting has much more to maintain and expenses. I sell my quad and the star V and get my harley I really want and still be happy in my apt since I do not really need a house or build a small star 650 V and use the money from the ATV for a start of a house payment? or so I have to have a bike. the most expensive to actually maintain harley fund could slow after buying a house. if I sell the ATV and saw the star could have a mid 90 harley good way to 3 4 / harley paid off again. 21 im making 60,000 a year, unmarried, without children.
