Why is my ATV / QUAD deliver??

I bought a used ATV from a friend and it worked .. but suddenly stopped working .. I bought he and a new spark plug new coil and still wont turn on it wines but that is all I get … I have a new battery for it too … and I'm a spark at all outside of the candle .. please help my children really want to drive! its a 50cc daymak has a new cdi spakk was not switch broken wire massacre
