LAWS nike 49cc Mini pocket?
I just bought a second-generation X1 mini pocket bike for my 8 years of age. He loves the thing to death, and rides very well. I do follow the rules and even allowed him to zoom up and down the road. We live in a side street, 300 miles north of Detroit. Given that is with the 50 cc mark is not registrable, so it is classified as a minibike. No legal way, we may be unable to mount on the side of the road ????? You can ATV riding on the side of the tracks legally here, so I would think it would be nice too Any ideas? We live 35 miles west of Gaylord Michigan
is technically illegal to drive any motor vehicle not registered on the road. but if you stop driving SUVs, then I would say that if someone tried to stop it. I do not think you have a problem if you are not going through the traffic and stay in the small streets in your neighborhood. keep it under control however. one of my neighbors has a yamaha 450 and makes so much noise and no more than 60 mph on my street (25 mph limit.) my dad is very close to calling the police. If that happens, your vehicle can take indefinitely. just make sure it does not piss off the neighbors.
