Enacted into law in 2010, Bill 134, Mount ATV use has been a serious cause of injury since their introduction in the 1980s. Inherently unstable and great for climbing power and speed, these vehicles have inexperienced and unfamiliar with the controls and power.
On January 20, 2009, a bill was introduced by Assemblyman and appropriately the elimination of ATV, motorcycle and all-terrain vehicle access to children, the legislator has tried to curb the incidents of significant injury that occurs when using these devices. Which are known to be dangerous even for adults, the law has also limited access to other fun activities enjoyed as a child. Enjoy riding karts as an example.
