My horse bike?
I have a 1985 Yamaha FZ750, completely rebuilt engine and carbs with a scorpion exhaust and dynojet kit stage 3. converted in a naked bike with aluminum frame and tail streetfighter. About 35 pounds of parts were removed. So I've been trying to horse and can not for the life of me. I've always been able to do well with dirtbikes and ATV, but just can not figure this bike. It has a good share of power and the wheel will open a few inches off the ground when it really opening the throttle, but the clutch horses I can do. When I dump / let out the clutch when moving slowly over 15 mph or going to bog down or simply straight line, without wheels. So the bike is too heavy at around 420 pounds dry weight? Does the clutch? Or Is It Me? I am also changing sprockets -1 front / rear 2 in the hope it'll help. Thanks
That bike would wheelie bone stock, at least it messy while doing performance mods, DUH! course.
