The fastest you've ever been in a car?
Not in a motorcycle or ATV or aircraft, how does it feel? When was younger (and stupid), I have taken some child in a Camaro, I was in a Mustang GT 2001. When I went through what he was doing 123-124ish. I felt As I was doing 150! No shakeing steering.The whobbling or fear of wrecking a fear of getting caught gave me a huge adrenaline rush. That is for the most part, What I enjoyed the street races when I was younger. I do not more, I realize it is not just for me, I'm putting at risk, but innocent people and children. Thers RX7 no way a 130 would even hesitate …
I used to own the original 1969 Boss 302. I removed the RPM limiter and was able to change at 7600 RPM. Consequently, the fastest I've been was in the Mustang, 152 MPH. That's when the national spped limit was reduced to 55 MPH. It was incredible and absurd. I passed cars on the way E-as if they were parked! Looking back, however, the car was not equipped with tires that can handle that kind of speed. I consider myself lucky that something horrible did not happen, like a tee shot. I was even chased by a policeman once, but could not reach me. I figured it could do the right thing stop and take my lumps and a heavy fine, or try to escape. The adrenaline rush was there, sure. Luckily, I managed to escape out of it!
