The Tomcar ® was originally designed as an Israeli army vehicle. The aim was to create a small, mobile, fast and all-terrain vehicle difficult for troops to take through the brutal desert landscapes of the Middle East. Started as a cross between a small room and a Hummer ATV, the result is something that has a wheelbase wide, low center of gravity, great ground clearance and high speed.
