Atv Street Legal Arizona

atv street legal arizona
im planning to make my atv street legal? Arizona?

my "ARIZONA CERTIFICATE OF TITLE" says nothing about off-road use just so easy. once their legal street is give me a new plaque that reads: MO (motorcycle)? because mine currently says RV (recreational vehicle) I think it means. any idea how much insurance would be paying? or the use of oil and my quad motor for the engine and tranny of his semi-automatic 06 Honda TRX could use in the streets cause overheating? if so i can swap the oil cooler with a larger one that also has a fan in when your free? could running to cool to be bad? thanks for your time in reading this and thanks for your response!

It is the factory "For Off Road use only" designation retaining this ATV on the street. Open your eyes. You can search the Interstate highway There's a reason why I do not see these on the streets and roads. It is because these are factory designated as "Off Road use only." No matter what the title says. What part of "Off Road Use Only" is not it understand? What do you think makes your ATV Off Road so special that you can make it street legal? Does the EPA required emission control systems? Did you know that that motorcycles manufactured after 2002 for street use are required to meet emissions standards of the EPA? Off road use only exempts vehicles at this time because they are for "off road use only." This ATV was made in 2006 so there is a good chance that you would have to have the level of emissions inspect and approve the EPA requirements for motorcycles manufactured after 2002. Does the DOT legal tires? Does DOT legal brake lights, tail lights or signals spin? Do you have a horn DOT legal? Do you have a DOT legal headlight? Is the DOT brake system legal? Also, how long do you think This would last ATV sustained highway speeds. Yes, many are more than 70 MPH in short bursts. But how do you think the drive train be sustained to a sustained speed of 70 mph steady for 30 minutes to an hour without interruption? Especially in the heat of Arizona. Have to change the relationship Final drive for motor and transmission to survive. However, you will lose your power of low speed you want for trail use. Instead of asking this question here in Yahoo Answers I suggest you take a ride to your local DMV to see what I mean. These are the people we should meet for a plate driver's license is on the streets. You will learn that this will not happen. I would ask the DMV before you spend money trying to make this street legal ATV. You do not want to spend a lot of money only to discover you can not use it on the street.
