Do utility Atv require a top end rebild like a sport atv?

I heard that sport atv do require a top end rebuild every couple of years and i was wondering if the utility atv are the same thing or are they more like regular motorcycle engines that dont require a rebuild.

For a true sport atv (like any of the 450cc quads) that is being raced or ridden hard, you will need to perform a top end rebuild ever one to two years. They also require you to check and possibly adjust the valves rather often, depending on how your quad is set up. Utility quads aren’t as performance cranked as sport quads are…but just like a motorcycle, they eventually start to die. To answer your question, yes utility atv’s do not require nearly as much maintenance or rebuilds as sport quads.
