What if you are injured, while in the Coast Guard?
My friend was moved to Alaska after his Coast Guard training, but he put the ATV in himself and suffered a contusion on the lungs, liver, kidneys, as well as breaking his collarbone. Does this mean they're going to send home? Well, what do you think your injuries are like? He underwent surgery on his collarbone a couple of days ago I think.
Also there is what is known as convalescent leave. if he is injured to the point where they can not exercise their functions, but is cured to the point of power they can put on leave with for any period of time will be. I could go home at the time.
