Guy trying to rip off trade with the dirt bike?

Guy is trying to negotiate a dirt bike to me worth the retail value 3.2k by KBB for my brute force 750 worth 5.4k kbb retail value. He says he has a racing contract can be signed for the new submitted on them free art, such as helmets, handlebars, shirts, etc. he said he can get a 6k trade at a dealership but want to add any money on him so he wants to trade in the mines. Can I transfer more than one well sponsership? I want to do it if you who may I can get a new car I wanted to road ..

I can only express an opinion from personal experience with the sponsors. I know my kids would be cursed sponsors crazy if you did something like what this person is suggeting and he even said a few words when he was seen running in the wrong brand team in a minor event as the other team was all wet in a very wet weekend. The sponsors did not like being deceived. I do not know much about the sponsorship of different countries and how it works, but I certainly would not be taking this guy in his word. It is not the bike that is sponsored by the rider. My son has to sign a contract with sponsors and I think it would breach of contract for failure to comply with the terms. I doubt very much that can be transferred to another rider without the sponsors well and then it would be a new contract anyway
