Atv Vin Check Stolen

I bought an ATV without a tilde. "I can get registered without knowing how to contact the previous owner?

I know ATV was not stolen before I bought off eBay, I checked the VIN, but I want the record and does not know how or even if I can.

If any Once there was a certificate issued for it, you screwed. You may have paid for the ATV but you can own without having the title before it. It is your responsibility to provide vendors a title at the time of sale and is the buyers responsibility to make sure you get a title before forking over a dime for it. Go back the seller and demand a title. If you can not provide, return the ATV and demand your money back
