ATV riding and beer?
I've done a lot of riding trail in Wisconsin, and I've noticed a lot of people drinking beer on the trails. There are even bars set along some routes for cyclists can drink. I really hate to see so many drinking drivers. I want to know if any other states ATVers see what same ride on the roads, or if this is just a Wisconsin thing. What is going on the trails you ride in your state?
It is here, in bars also.No Georgia, but a lot of drivers 1 hand and coolers strapped to see someone racks.If d & d (drinking and driving) call the local police or the DNR (Department of Natural recources) The law would be the same as d & d with a motor vehicle.And if you're lucky, the take out for littering also.Never seen an ATV operator to keep their cans empty beer, too much evidence to tote around a sentence.
