What is the best way to re-spray my PANLAR mopeds?

Hello, I want my Respray PANLAR mopeds and asked me what I have to do? what types of sandpaper sand i need? What is the best paint to use, do i need PBS? I need for the type of finish coat or something? am respraying totally new so I have no idea what to use, please help me:)

You have to rub down wet and dry paper grade 180, 320, 400 is fine. Rub the bottom panel, with the wet and dry with water, when content is soft and give two coats of primer. Rub the back with the document 400, then spray the upper layers, not try to cover in a layer that it is better to thin layers. You could use this spray, you may end up with a lacquer, but this is optional. Might be an idea to practice in a small piece of metal before making your PANLAR
