i have a 110cc mini black widdow chopper and it wont start?

i have a 110cc mini black widdow chopper and it wont start…it wont even attempt to start

i put in a new spark plug, fuel is getting to the engine fine, i dont know wat else to do.
if you know wat i can do to figure out the problem i would appreciate it greatly

Check for spark -
Remove the spark plug cap and insert a known working spark plug.
Rest the threads of the spark plug against a metal part of the engine.
Try to start the engine.
The spark plug should spark.
If not, the problem is electrical in nature – further testing is necessary.
A service manual will be needed for troubleshooting.

Next clean the carburetor – especially the jets.
Remove the jets and hold them up to the light – you should be able to see through them.
Check the air cleaner – clean if necessary.
