My neighbor and his ATV?
I live in a residential area in California .. My neighbor has two all-terrain vehicles .. Several times a day .. he begins and revolutions of the ATV, and on occasion the ATV racing up and down the streets when the time is right. This right should be illegal? Noise is my biggest complaint … only I talked to this neighbor once in over a year (not related to the noise) What is my course of action to stop this? "I can file an anonymous complaint of? Do I have contact sheriff? police? Trooper? Any help or info is appreciated .. Thanks
speak to your association representative Owners … or just call the police emergency line and not ask questions about the rules of the ATV and then take its course of action from there .. does hurt to ask
