Does Baja make good Dirt bikes / ATV 's?

I live in Canada. Need to know if the motorcycles and ATV's Baja on the Canadian Tire worth buying. If you are what is a good buy and why?

N º with very little money in China. If you are looking for a cheap bike and not really planned offroad roll, they're probably right, but I'd rather spend the same amount of money in a slightly used bike built by a quality manufacturer.
