What could cause a crate motor rebuilt 1984 351W w / Edelbrock 600 carb rebuilt to drown in the fuel and evil?

Cam was wrong, since new RV cam and lifters and Edelbrock reconstructed. Idle and rev will be good in the park, choking load and carbohydrate counter and gases exhaust.

You are running too rich in carbohydrates waaaaayyyy and your time is off by what his dismissal, while the intake valves or exhaust are open (if your intake of firing back through the carburetor / exhaust if your firing through the exhaust pipes).
