Cheap Moped Scooters
What is the best insurance for a moped scooter-resptricted of? Can you re-restrict a Vespa ET2?
I am buying a second hand Vespa ET2 and I'm looking at insurance deals. But the moped has been deresticted and has insurance or very high or not acceptable (ie the company will not insure). Is there an insurance company having to do with modified bicycles? I do not really care much for speed and restrictions. Is it possible to re-restrict a scooter sure it may be cheaper again? Thanks
