Help in choosing a first ATV?

I'm looking to buy a jeep to start and play with everything for fun. Could enumerate some models that would be good for me? Here is what I'm looking for, to some extent in priority: "About 150 cc-cheap-insurance (more insurance to turn around and a good seat to keep from falling, je)-maneuverable (I like to do fun things like turns and donuts)-Looks cool = D You do not have be too fast, which goes with the whole security thing. A top speed anywhere from 25-40 mph would be acceptable. A note about that is cheap, I mean really cheap, I will probably have to use the budget of $ 700 I guess. You do not need to find one for 700 (although it would be useful), but just found a cheap, Retail quite low, $ 1000-1500 is an estimate. Thanks! = D PD: Does it matter, I have 14 years and weighs 125 pounds.
