Is there any REAL good online vocational schools?

I want to do motorcycle repair and construction. I saw one of Penn Foster, which is a certification program for motorcycle repair technicians. Is this program good? Also what other things like ATV, go karts, cars careers and other things like that there is more complementary would agree with this or another program that includes everything that even some things manufacturing and metal type Work to build custom bikes and other things?
