1997 Suzuki RM250 Bikes not have good speed / consumption?

I am interested in this '97 Suzuki. But I'm not sure about the actions they have. Are they fast? Do you have any power? Please help!

do go hard mate. If you want more power out of it, as soon as you get it rebuilt, clean the valve of power and jet correctly and you have a great bike. Also check out the entire suspension, shock bushings Fork and shrubs, in the old motocross bikes these are the main things you may need to be replaced.
