Dune Buggies Las Vegas

Question about Red Rock Canyon / Valley of Fire / Las Vegas / Nevada trip in April.?
I will be visiting Las Vegas / NV in late April. I will be there for five days, leaving at midnight on the fifth day. There are a few places to be visited, but not sure how to fit it all in as I'm not sure how I need time in each. That yes, I have a bad ankle and will not be able to do a lot of excursions. I'm already making a trip by airplane to Grand Canyon one day it will take you into the barrel and includes one hour bus ride 2.5 (total 7 hours). Buggy also touring other day, takes about 4 hours. There are the other places you would like to visit: Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam. How long do I need in each well best able to coordinate my schedule? Thanks!
Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon are beautiful and well worth seeing. Both are very close to Las Vegas and not much time to visit unless you are doing a lot of excursions. It can take up to two hours in both Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon to see the attractions and viewpoints. Dam Hoover is not so special so you can skip that attraction if you want.
