Electric Scooters Walmart

I bought an electric scooter Schwinn from Walmart. How I can pimp? Do I need spinners on it?

I have already put a 28 v light, horn 24v, 2 lights flashing on the seat, and I'm thinking of adding an MP3 dock. I need a way to amp mp3 player, maybe a 200 watt radio or something? Couple of 300 watts on 6 cuts the tubes under the depth on the sides with two tweeters w 100 on the handlebars? Going 15 mph for about 8 miles or less. Do I need spinners? What I can do to make it the coolest ride in town? PS: Also added a large LCD clock / alarm to it.
