Yamaha TTR110 or Honda CRF 80?

I'm in the market for a mountain bike for my 10 years of age. He is 90 pounds and "4.5. He a CRF50 when he was 7 years. 90cc ATV has now, but wants to motorcycles. I'm torn between the automatic or semi Kawasaki 110cc Yamaha or Honda CRF80, with clutch. Reaches the ground with his feet on the three bikes. The Honda will feel better, but it has one clutch. What bike would work best for him. What bike is faster, has more torque low. All opinions are welcome.
