Florida – I can ride an ATV on the beach?

My plan is to move to Palm Coast, Florida, and I was wondering if it is legal to ride an ATV (signed of course and use of protective and safety glasses), on the beach? Is there a law where if I can restrict my speed of say, 15 mph, I can ride the beach? Thank you.

You also need the certificate of origin for your ATV.
