a fuel injected GT 1996 Hyundai accent will not start?
the car is injection …. i took the air filter because it was dirty .. single a detail to add … the car goes around … but I can not start or you can say to start .. but the car will not start … it hasen't been started in 3 years … I just put in the new gas that will go with the old gas … i clean the battery terminals … to achieve a just a better connection, I can not get the car to start … I leave the key .. to try to build fuel pressure, but … I still can not get the car to handle … any ideas? yes, it sounds like if you are trying to start.
Perhaps the car ran out of gas and air has to be "bleeding" of the fuel lines, also check to make sure you have spark, (get one of the plugs and put the side of the block and then try to start the car and see if you see the spark). Also try Check and recharge the battery, 3 years is a long time. makes it sound like it is starting?
