Could someone direct me to a FAQ moped?

I do not know much about mopeds, as well as receiving good gas mileage. As I've been coming across many of the mopeds completely Greek to me. I havent seen any honda, toyota or sale, but again I wouldnt even know who is a good manufacturer of mopeds.
