Leaf Blower Go Kart?
Do you think my following idea of making a go-kart will work? I want to put several gas-powered leaf blowers on a go-kart with free spinning wheels. If I put enough leaf blowers to produce enough thrust, can the go-kart travel at 200 mph, since that’s the exhaust air speed of the leaf blowers? And even if the wind resistance becomes too great can’t I at least reach 50 or 75 mph? Just wondering.
If I had the money, I would use the small model jet engines used in r/c jets, but they cost too much.
If you had a few miles of runway maybe. But the runway would create a crosswind so definately not 200 mph but maybe 30 or 40 mph. It would also take forever to get up to speed.
