How the daughter started going to compete with shopping?

My husband and I need information on how to get our daughter started in racing. We live in Texas and told them to start their go carts, which is 6 years old. We need to know where to turn, where to get a car, where to get details on how the car of needsto created, we need to leave, what about sponsers, where are the issues and what are the registration fees, everything and anything anyone can tell us about it and how to start.
