what type of welder size / I need to create a framework to go kart?

A mig welder is the easiest use. I would recommend one that can go up to 200 amps or less to give good penetration and have a better working cycle. Also to produce better, cleaner welds, I would use protective gas (carbon dioxide mixture of argon) flow rather than basic cable. I want no truck frame to break at a bad time.
